Terminology in Bangla Textbooks
In our school days (I passed SSC in 1975), we read such text books which contained all important terminology and English words in brackets but we do not find such words (with a few exceptions) these days in the school textbooks. It is a wrong decision, no doubt. Today's school students will have to read English books, journals etc in future. So, if they become familiar with such words now, it will be easy for them to study their subjects in English later. I would request the authorities of the Textbook Board to make arrangements to include such words in next year's books.
