Public health and hygiene

The state of public health and hygiene in our capital city is deplorable. The road is like a big spittoon for people to spit indiscriminately and inconsiderately. Garbage is never quite in the garbage disposals, but strewn all over the streets. The street food is covered in flies. Restaurant kitchens are dirty. This is resulting in typhoid, jaundice, cholera and all sorts of diseases. The authorities must be very strict in this regard. We must keep the city clean for the sake of public health.
