Clearing the footpaths

I want to thank the government for its operation to clear the footpaths of vendors and hawkers. We pedestrians faced much problems in walking on the footpath and often we had to walk on the road as the footpaths were illegally occupied by the stalls. The police would take bribes and turn a blind eye. This was dangerous for us and many pedestrian met with accidents. So we are grateful to the authority for clearing the footpath and making the city safer for us.
